I have been extremely busy this summer working on my current projects and picking up a new client. I am now blogging on eco-friendly motoring topics for The Green Motorist. I am also launching a few new website ventures, once they are up and running I will post them here. In addition to my new sites, I’ve redesigned or otherwise updated The Autism Education Site as well as Autism News Direct.
I just updated my Suite101 page with my newest articles for the site. I am closing in on 100 articles and I have an ambitious goal of reaching that by mid-September.

I’ve published two more articles in my series about schools dedicated to educating children with autism spectrum disorders.
New Jersey/New York Autism Schools- This article briefly describes the Gersh Academy and the Learning Spring Academy (Learning Spring Elementary School) in New York and The Y.A.L.E. Schools located throughout southern New Jersey.
Private Autism Schools in CT & MA - Featuring information on the Corwin-Russell School in Massachusetts and the Glenholme School (Devereux Glenholme) and Franklin Academy located in Connecticut.
I plan on adding more articles to this series in the next few weeks.

I have started a new series of articles that spotlights schools that are dedicated to educating students with an autism spectrum disorder or other similar conditions. My first article in the series highlights schools located in California – CA Asperger’s Syndrome Schools: Orion Academy, Passageway School and The Springstone School.
These three educational institutions provide a quality education for children with Asperger’s Syndrome as well as other autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, NVLD, etc. I have two more articles in the series in the works and I hope to have them published later today.

Insomnia can be a curse but it can also be great for brainstorming. As I sit in bed, wishing I were asleep, I will often get ideas for new articles. I keep my iPhone on my nightstand so I’ll quickly jot down an electronic note with the idea. Both of today’s Suite 101 articles were a direct result of a night of insomnia.
Autism Conferences in 2008 highlights four distinctly different autism conferences that are scheduled this year. I was going to title the article “2008 Autism Conferences” but then figured that could be misread as me listing 2008 different autism conferences. *wink*
The second article I wrote today highlights Autism Education Models. Having two children on the autism spectrum I am quite familiar with the typical models of education used for children with autism spectrum disorders.
Tomorrow I hope to branch out and finish up the two Valentine’s Day articles I have in the works.
